Musk warns more than 200 AI cloud firms face 'guppy-level death'
Elon Musk warned that more than 200 AI cloud computing companies, known as neoclouds, face what he called 'guppy-level death' as funding dries up.[4, 5] Shares in CoreWeave and Nebius fell further in premarket trading after Musk made the warning on Sunday.[3] Nvidia and industry executives maintain that demand for computing power remains strong, even as financing becomes more expensive for some providers, according to International Business Times.[6]
