Tucker Carlson claims Netanyahu is pressing Trump toward nuclear strike on Iran
Tucker Carlson claimed Sunday that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is pressuring President Donald Trump to authorize a nuclear strike on a suspected underground Iranian enrichment facility.[2, 3] Carlson, 57, argued a nuclear strike would make World War 3 inevitable because other nations would take Trump's lead as permission to launch their own strikes.[3]
IJR reported that Carlson made the claim without independently established evidence.[7] Raw Story reported Carlson, formerly a staunch Trump ally, has broken with the president over the U.S. war against Iran and warned the president was days away from deciding whether to use nuclear weapons.[1]
