Supreme Court rejects Trump bid to set aside 20,000 California ballots
The Supreme Court on Monday rejected the Trump administration's emergency request to force California to set aside about 20,000 mail-in ballots it alleges belong to noncitizens, one day before the midterm elections.[22, 23, 28 +1] The appeal came after lower courts rejected the request earlier Monday.[30] A federal court in Washington said the administration's list is flawed and includes dozens, and perhaps thousands, of legitimate citizen voters.[50]
