Russia Detains Teen After US Warning of Moscow Attack Threat
Russia's Federal Security Service said it detained a teenage boy on suspicion of planning a terrorist attack on a Moscow park and museum.[1] The detention came a day after the U.S. Embassy warned of a credible mass-casualty threat at Moscow's Tsaritsyno on Oct. 31, IJR reported.[3]
The FSB said the U.S. tip-off helped identify the suspect and thanked Washington for the warning, Al Jazeera reported.[4] Breitbart reported that Russian police arrested the minor in connection with an alleged plot, citing Russian news agencies.[2]
