Judge allows lawsuit over McRib meat claims to proceed
A federal judge allowed a lawsuit against McDonald's over the McRib sandwich to move forward, in what Fox Business described as a legal setback for the company.[2] The lawsuit accuses McDonald's of misleading customers about the meat in the McRib, according to Fox Business.[2] The New York Post reported that the suit alleges McDonald's designed the McRib patty to resemble a rack of pork ribs despite containing no actual rib meat.[3]
