Video shows ICE agents detaining a man in North Hollywood and then pointing a handgun directly in the face of an apparently unarmed bystander.[3] The bystander was a dog walker, and footage shows a masked agent holding his sidearm just inches from the man's head following an altercation during the arrest.[1, 2]
